Measuring 46"W x 32"D x 36"H, this unit is designed with a 16-gauge stainless steel top and accommodates three pan sizes. The standout feature of the Duke THC-46SS is its single switch mechanism, which allows for seamless transition between heat and refrigeration functions, catering to diverse culinary needs. The wet heat operation is supported by an automatic water fill and high-temperature cutoff protection, ensuring safety and reliability. The self-contained refrigeration system, utilizing R404a refrigerant, operates effectively within a 28-1/2"W x 10"D stainless steel liner, complete with a 1" brass drain for easy maintenance. Constructed with a robust stainless steel body, control panel, and adapter bars, the unit also includes an undershelf for additional storage. Mobility is enhanced by 5" swivel casters with brakes, allowing for convenient transportation and positioning.
