The Duke THC-60SS Thurmaduke™ Hot/Cold Food Convertible Unit is a versatile mobile electric solution designed for the dynamic demands of the food service industry. Measuring 60"W x 32"D x 36"H, this unit features a robust 16-gauge stainless steel top and is engineered to accommodate four pan sizes. Its standout capability lies in its single switch function, which seamlessly transitions from heat to refrigeration, making it adaptable for various culinary requirements. The wet heat operation is enhanced by an automatic water fill system and high temperature cutoff protection, ensuring safety and efficiency. The self-contained refrigeration system is equipped with an R404a refrigerant and includes a 28-1/2"W x 10"D stainless steel liner, complemented by a 1" brass drain for easy maintenance. For smooth mobility, the unit is fitted with 5" swivel casters with brakes. The sturdy stainless steel body and undershelf, along with stainless steel control panel and adapter bars, add to its durability. Operating at 6032 watts and 29.0 amps, this unit is powered by a 120/208v/60/1-ph electrical connection with a NEMA 14-50P plug.
