The Duke THC-74PG Thurmaduke™ Hot/Cold Food Convertible Unit Mobile Electric is a versatile piece of equipment designed to seamlessly transition between heating and refrigeration, making it an essential asset for modern food service operations. Measuring 74 inches in width, 32 inches in depth, and 36 inches in height, this unit is constructed with a robust 16-gauge stainless steel top, ensuring durability and longevity. It accommodates up to five pan sizes, and with a single switch, it can effortlessly change from heat to refrigeration mode. The unit requires a wet heat operation, featuring an auto water fill system and high-temperature cutoff protection for safety. Its self-contained refrigeration system uses R404a refrigerant and includes a 28.5-inch by 10-inch stainless steel liner and a 1-inch brass drain. The stainless steel control panel and adapter bars, along with a paint grip steel body and undershelf, add to the unit's robust construction. Equipped with 5-inch swivel casters with brakes, this mobile unit is easy to maneuver.
