Measuring 74"W x 32"D x 36"H, this unit is crafted from 16-gauge stainless steel, ensuring durability and longevity. The unit accommodates five pan sizes and features a single switch that seamlessly transitions from hot to cold operations, making it ideal for establishments with fluctuating needs. Its wet heat operation is equipped with an auto water fill feature and high temperature cutoff protection, ensuring safety and efficiency. The self-contained refrigeration system features a 28-1/2"W x 10"D stainless steel liner, complemented by a 1" brass drain for easy maintenance. The stainless steel control panel and adapter bars enhance the unit's functionality, while the stainless steel body and undershelf provide additional storage.
