It features a Tri-Channel NSF 7 stainless steel mechanical assist cold pan, which is 8 inches deep and accommodates four sections, holding 1/3, 1/6, and 1/9 pans without the need for adapters. The top and latches are constructed from 14-gauge stainless steel, while the body is made from 18-gauge stainless steel, ensuring durability and strength. Additional features include a wire chase and an undershelf for organized storage, as well as stainless steel adjustable kickplates. The unit is equipped with 3-inch diameter adjustable height swivel casters with a brake, allowing for easy mobility and secure placement. A 6-foot cord and plug provide convenient power access.
