Designed for efficiency, it includes a 10"D pan liner and operates on wet heat only, complemented by an automatic water fill system with high-temperature cutoff protection, ensuring safety and reliability. The stainless steel control panel and adapter bars, along with an 18-gauge stainless steel body, provide stability and robust performance. For additional convenience, it includes a wire chase and undershelf, as well as stainless steel adjustable kickplates.
