The Eagle CLAGGDT-15-NG RedHots® Chef's Line® Griddle is a compact and efficient countertop cooking solution, expertly crafted for professional kitchens demanding high performance in limited spaces. Operating on natural gas, this griddle offers a substantial heat output of 31,250 BTU, ensuring quick and uniform cooking across its 3/4" thick smooth fully welded polished steel griddle plate. Measuring 15" in width, 28-5/16" in depth, and standing 18" in height, it is designed with a 4" stainless steel splash guard on the rear and both sides, which is sloped from front to back to contain splatter and maintain a clean cooking area. The stainless steel front combined with aluminized sides enhances its durability and resistance to kitchen conditions. The bullnosed front edge is complemented by 45° angled thermostatic controls, providing both safety and precision. Included is a 2-3/4" grease drawer and a 3-1/2" deep front trough with a chute, which facilitate efficient grease management. This griddle is supported by adjustable cast metal legs with flanged feet for stability.
