Measuring 36"W x 30"D x 34"H, this unit is equipped with a NSF-7 certified 3" recess, accommodating (2) 12" x 20" pan sizes. It features a 3/4" drain and valve for efficient water management. The top is constructed from robust 16/304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and longevity. The unit is supported by a welded 1-1/2" square tubular open base with an apron on the operator side, providing stability along with a modern look. A laminated front panel in holly berry red (Wilsonart D307-60) adds a touch of aesthetic appeal. For mobility, the unit is fitted with 5" poly casters, two of which have brakes for secure placement. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph and 6.0 amps, it is powered by a 1/4 HP motor and includes a NEMA 5-15P plug with a 6' cord for convenient connection. Constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel, this unit is both NSF and UL certified, aligning with industry standards for safety and sanitation.
