This mobile unit, measuring 64"W x 30"D x 34"H, features four top openings that accommodate various serving needs. It is pre-wired with a hot/cold selector switch, ensuring seamless transitions between temperature settings, and includes essential thermostatic controls and a pilot light for precise temperature regulation. The table's top is crafted from durable 16/304 stainless steel, while the welded stainless steel 1-1/2" square tubular open base with an apron on the operator side enhances its structural integrity. A laminated front panel in holly berry red (Wilsonart D307-60) is affixed to a galvanized subpanel, adding aesthetic appeal. Mobility is facilitated by 5" poly swivel casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning. The table is powered by a 1/4 HP condensing unit, offering 3000 watts of power, with electrical specifications of 120/208v/60/1-ph, drawing 7.5 amps for cold and 14.4 amps for hot operations.
