The Eagle DCS4-HCFU-C Director's Choice® Mobile Hot/Cold Dual Operation Food Table is a highly versatile and robust solution for food service operations. Measuring 64"W x 30"D x 34"H, this table features four top openings and is pre-wired with a hot/cold selector switch, required thermostatic controls, and a pilot light for precise operation. The unit boasts a 16/304 stainless steel top, ensuring durability and easy maintenance, while its welded stainless steel 1-1/2" square tubular open base with an apron on the operator side enhances structural integrity. Aesthetically, it includes a laminated front panel in holly berry red (Wilsonart D307-60) on a galvanized subpanel. For mobility, it is fitted with 5" poly swivel casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning. The self-contained refrigeration system is powered by a 1/4 HP condensing unit, delivering 3000 watts of power and operating at 120/240v/60/1-ph, drawing 7.5 amps in cold mode and 12.5 amps when heated. It is equipped with a NEMA L14-30P plug and is both UL and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for various food service environments, providing both hot and cold food storage in one unit.
