The Eagle DCS5-HCFU-C Director's Choice® Mobile Hot/Cold Dual Operation Food Table is a versatile solution for dynamic food service environments, measuring 78"W x 30"D x 34"H. This unit features five top openings, providing ample space for varied menu selections. Its dual operation capability allows for seamless transition between hot and cold settings, facilitated by a pre-wired hot/cold selector switch, thermostatic controls, and a pilot light. Constructed with a 16/304 stainless steel top, it ensures durability and long-term use. The open base, made from welded stainless steel with a 1-1/2" square tubular design, includes an apron on the operator side for added convenience. The laminated front panel is finished in holly berry red (Wilsonart D307-60) on a galvanized subpanel, combining aesthetics with practicality. Self-contained refrigeration is powered by a 1/3 HP condensing unit, offering efficient temperature regulation. Equipped with 5" poly swivel casters (two with brakes), this mobile table supports easy maneuverability. Operating at 4000 watts, it requires a 120/240v/60/1-ph electrical connection, drawing 9.8 amps when cold and 16.7 amps when hot, compatible with a NEMA L14-30P plug and certified by UL and NSF standards, ensuring quality and safety in food service operations.
