The Eagle PHT4OB-208-3 Spec-Master® Portable Hot Food Table Electric 66-1/4"W is engineered for efficiency and versatility in various food service environments. This electric hot food table features four 12" x 20" wells, capable of accommodating both wet and dry heat applications, each controlled by thermostatic controls housed in a recessed panel. A master toggle switch accompanied by an indicator light ensures straightforward operation. The unit is constructed from 430 stainless steel for both the top and body, ensuring durability and a clean, professional appearance. Adding to its functionality, it includes an 8"D x 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board. The open base design, complemented by a push bar and full perimeter bumper, enhances mobility and protection. The unit stands on stainless steel tubular legs, 1-5/8" diameter and 7-1/2" in height, and is mounted on 5" swivel plate casters, two of which feature brakes for stability. With an electrical specification of 3kW, 208v/60/3-ph, and 9.5 amps, it is powered by a cord with a NEMA 15-20P plug.
