Its construction includes a 430 stainless steel top and body offering durability and longevity. Complemented by a thick 8"D x 1/2" polyethylene cutting board, it enhances functionality for food preparation. The enclosed base is encased in stainless steel with 22 gauge track sliding doors equipped with recessed handles for ease of access. Mobility is facilitated by stainless steel tubular legs, measuring 1-5/8" dia. x 7-1/2"H, and four 5" swivel plate casters, two of which have brakes for stability. A master toggle switch with an indicator light provides ease of operation, while the full perimeter bumper protects from potential impacts during transit. Operating at 3.75kW, 240v/60/3-ph with 10.8 amps, and fitted with a NEMA 15-20P cord, this unit is NSF and cULus certified, underscoring its adherence to safety and quality standards.
