Featuring six 12" x 20" wells that can accommodate both wet and dry food items, this unit is equipped with thermostatic controls embedded in a recessed panel for precise temperature management. Its robust design includes a 430 stainless steel top and body, ensuring durability and longevity in diverse culinary settings. The table is complemented by an 8"D x 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board, enhancing its utility as a multifunctional food preparation station. It also boasts a stainless steel enclosed base with 22 gauge track sliding doors and recessed handles for streamlined storage. Designed for mobility, the unit is supported by stainless steel tubular legs with a diameter of 1-5/8" and a height of 7-1/2", and it includes four 5" swivel plate casters, two of which feature locking brakes for stability.
