It features four 12" x 20" stainless steel sealed wells, each with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management. The hot food table is equipped with a drain manifold with valve, and four 3/4" drains, ensuring efficient water management. Enhancing its functionality, the unit includes a removable 8"D polyethylene cutting board, a stainless steel dish shelf, and an adjustable stainless steel undershelf for optimized storage. Constructed with a 20/430 highly polished stainless steel top and body, it boasts durability and easy maintenance. The 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable stainless steel bullet feet provide stability on various surfaces.
