The Eagle SHT4-NG Hot Food Table-Natural Gas Open Base is a versatile and efficient piece of equipment designed for commercial kitchens. With a width of 63-1/2 inches, this hot food table features four 12" x 20" dry wells, each controlled by individual burner controls located in a recessed panel. The table is powered by natural gas, providing a robust 14,000 BTU output to ensure consistent heating. Each burner is equipped with an adjustable gas valve and a pilot light, offering precision in temperature control. The top and body of the table are constructed from durable 22/430 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. An 8-inch deep polyethylene cutting board is included, providing a convenient workspace for food preparation. Additionally, the unit boasts a stainless steel undershelf for extra storage space and 1-5/8" diameter tubular legs with adjustable plastic feet for stability on uneven surfaces. A gas regulator is included for easy installation and operation. This table is cULus and NSF certified, guaranteeing adherence to high safety and sanitation standards.
