The Eagle SHT4OB-240 Spec-Master® Sealed Well Hot Food Table is an electrically powered unit with an open front, measuring 63-1/2"W x 32-1/4"D x 35-1/2"H. It is engineered for both wet or dry operation, featuring four 12" x 20" stainless steel sealed wells, each controlled individually with infinite controls. This table incorporates a drain manifold with valve for easy maintenance and includes a removable poly cutting board for added convenience. Constructed with robust 430 stainless steel, it is supported by 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tubular legs, which are equipped with adjustable non-marking plastic bullet feet for stability. The unit operates at 3800 watts, using a 240v/60/1-ph electrical connection and draws 15.8 amps, connected via a NEMA 6-20P plug. Certified by NSF and cULus, this hot food table is designed for durability and optimal performance in professional kitchen settings, meeting the high standards of sanitation and safety required in the food service industry.
