The Eagle SPHT2-120 Portable Sealed Well Hot Food Table Electric Open Base is a versatile and efficient solution for food service operations, featuring a design that supports wet or dry operation. Measuring 35-1/2"W x 32-1/4"D x 34"H, this unit contains two 12" x 20" stainless steel sealed wells, allowing for precise temperature control with individual infinite controls. The device is equipped with two 3/4" drains and a drain manifold with a valve, enhancing ease of maintenance. It includes a removable 8"D polyethylene cutting board, stainless steel dish shelf, and an adjustable stainless steel undershelf for additional functionality. The unit is built with a 20/430 highly polished stainless steel top and body, supported by 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tubular legs. Mobility is ensured with 4" diameter swivel casters, while a push bar attached to the end panel aids in maneuverability.
