The Eagle SPHT3CB-240-3 Spec-MasterĀ® Sealed Well Hot Food Table is a meticulously engineered electric unit, designed for efficient food service operations. Featuring an overall dimension of 48"W x 32-1/4"D x 35-1/2"H, this table is crafted with 22-gauge stainless steel sliding doors with recessed handles, enhancing both its durability and ease of access. The unit operates in both wet or dry modes and houses three 12" x 20" stainless steel sealed wells, each governed by individual infinite controls for precise temperature management. A drain manifold with a valve facilitates easy maintenance, while the removable poly cutting board adds to its functionality. With a 430 stainless steel construction, the table includes a stainless steel dish shelf for convenient storage. The end panel push bar located on the right side assists in maneuverability, complemented by 4" swivel casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Operating at 2850 watts with a power supply of 240v/60/3-ph and drawing 6.9 amps, it uses a NEMA 15-20P plug.
