The Eagle SPHT4-240 Portable Sealed Well Hot Food Table is a highly efficient electric appliance designed for versatile food service applications. This unit features an open base design with dimensions of 66"W x 32-1/4"D x 34"H, accommodating various space requirements in professional kitchens. Its four 12" x 20" stainless steel sealed wells support both wet and dry operations, each controlled by individual infinite controls for precise temperature management. The table includes four 3/4" drains connected to a drain manifold with a valve, facilitating efficient cleaning and maintenance. Complementing its functionality, it offers a removable 8"D polyethylene cutting board and a stainless steel dish shelf, enhancing preparation and serving efficiency. An adjustable stainless steel undershelf provides additional storage capacity for kitchen utensils or ingredients. The table is constructed with a highly polished 20/430 stainless steel top and body, supported by 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tubular legs, ensuring durability and stability. For ease of mobility, it is equipped with 4" diameter swivel casters and a push bar attached to the end panel. Operating at 3800 watts, it requires a 240v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 15.8 amps, and is fitted with a NEMA 6-20P plug.
