It features a stainless steel top with an opening to accommodate twelve 1/6 size pans, enhancing its utility for various culinary applications. The unit is equipped with a removable 1/2" thick insulated top lid and includes a solid hinged self-closing door to maintain cold air retention. For additional storage, it comes with an epoxy-coated wire shelf supported by height-adjustable clips. Its self-contained rear mounted refrigeration system uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, providing an environmentally friendly cooling solution. Enhanced with digital controls with an LED display and an auto defrost function, this unit ensures precise temperature regulation. The front air breathing and stainless steel interior & exterior, along with a galvanized steel bottom, provide durability and ease of cleaning. Mobility is facilitated by four 5" swivel casters, two of which lock for stability.
