The stainless-steel top is designed with openings for twelve 1/6 size pans, covered by a removable 1/2" thick insulated top lid. Two solid hinged self-closing doors provide secure access to the storage area, which includes two epoxy-coated wire shelves with height-adjustable clips. The table is constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, complemented by a galvanized steel bottom for durability. Equipped with digital controls and an LED display, it offers auto defrost and front air breathing for ease of use. Mobility is facilitated by four 5" swivel casters, two of which can be locked for stability.
