The Everest Refrigeration EOTPS2 Open Top Prep Table Mega-Top Two-section is an efficient solution for commercial kitchens that require both ample storage and food preparation capabilities. With a compact footprint of 35-5/8" in width, this unit offers a generous 10.0 cu. ft. capacity. It features a self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system, ensuring optimal cooling with the environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The stainless-steel top is designed with openings for twelve 1/6 size pans, covered by a removable 1/2" thick insulated top lid. Two solid hinged self-closing doors provide secure access to the storage area, which includes two epoxy-coated wire shelves with height-adjustable clips. The table is constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, complemented by a galvanized steel bottom for durability. Equipped with digital controls and an LED display, it offers auto defrost and front air breathing for ease of use. Mobility is facilitated by four 5" swivel casters, two of which can be locked for stability. Operating on 115v/60/1-ph with a 1/5 HP compressor drawing 2.5 amps, it is certified by NSF, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation, ensuring it meets rigorous industry standards for safety and sanitation.
