Strategically engineered with a self-contained rear mounted refrigeration system, it utilizes eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The stainless steel top accommodates 24 1/6 size pans, which are accessible via two removable 1/2 inch thick insulated top lids. For added convenience, the table is equipped with two solid hinged self-closing doors and two epoxy coated wire shelves with height adjustable clips. Digital controls with an LED display allow precise monitoring, while the auto defrost feature ensures optimal performance. The stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized steel bottom, enhance durability. Front air breathing design and four 5 inch swivel casters, including two that lock, facilitate easy mobility and placement.
