The stainless steel top is designed with openings for twelve 1/6 size pans and includes a 1/2" thick insulated top lid to preserve freshness. Equipped with four heavy-duty stainless steel drawers, this prep table ensures durability and easy access to ingredients. The 12-1/4" removable cutting board provides a convenient workspace for food preparation. Digital controls with an LED display allow precise temperature management, ideal for maintaining food safety. The unit boasts front air breathing technology, facilitating placement flexibility in commercial kitchens.
