The self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system ensures optimal cooling performance, utilizing the eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, while operating with a 1/3 HP compressor at 115v/60/1, drawing 2.5 amps, and featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. This unit boasts a stainless steel top with accommodations for 24 (1/6 size) pans, complemented by a 1/2" thick insulated top lid to maintain freshness. The removable 9-1/8" deep cutting board provides a convenient workspace, and the two solid hinged self-closing doors enhance accessibility and efficiency.
