The Everest Refrigeration EPPR2-D4 Drawered Pizza Prep Table Two-section 71"W is an advanced solution for professional food service environments, offering a substantial 23.0 cu. ft. capacity. It features a self-contained side-mounted refrigeration system utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, ensuring efficient cooling performance. The table is topped with a stainless steel surface including an opening designed to accommodate nine 1/3 size pans, and is fitted with a 1/2" thick insulated top lid for temperature retention. Four heavy-duty stainless steel drawers provide convenient storage options, complemented by a 19-1/4" removable cutting board. The digital controls with LED display facilitate precise temperature management, while the auto defrost feature supports maintenance-free operation. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, including the front, top, and sides, along with a galvanized steel bottom and rear, the unit is built for durability and longevity. Stability is ensured through two leg stabilizers and maneuverability is enhanced by four 5" swivel casters, two of which are locking. Powered by a 1/3 HP motor, the unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 2.5 amps, and requires a NEMA 5-15P plug.
