The Everest Refrigeration EPPR2 Pizza Prep Table Two-section 71"W is a highly efficient unit designed for the dynamic needs of commercial kitchens and pizzerias. With a storage capacity of 23.0 cubic feet, this prep table provides ample space for ingredients and preparation. The self-contained side-mounted refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP motor, operating at 115v/60/1-ph with 2.5 amps, ensuring efficient cooling and energy use. The stainless steel top features openings for nine 1/3 size pans and is complemented by a 1/2" thick insulated top lid for optimal temperature control. This model includes a 19-1/4" removable cutting board, enhancing its functionality as a prep station. The unit's two solid hinged self-closing doors and four epoxy-coated wire shelves offer easy access and organization, with height-adjustable clips for customized storage. Built for durability, the table features a stainless steel interior, front, top, and sides, with a galvanized steel bottom and rear. Mobility and stability are ensured with four 5" swivel casters, two of which are locking, and two leg stabilizers.
