The stainless steel top includes openings for eight 1/6 size pans, with a 1/2" thick insulated top lid to maintain freshness. Additionally, the prep table is equipped with a solid hinged self-closing door and two epoxy-coated wire shelves, complete with height-adjustable clips for customizable storage. A 12-1/4" removable cutting board adds to its functionality. With digital controls and an LED display, users can easily manage settings, while the auto-defrost feature and LED interior lighting enhance usability. The construction of this prep table is robust, with stainless steel interior, front, top, and sides, combined with a galvanized steel bottom and rear.
