The stainless steel top includes openings for twelve 1/6 size pans, complemented by a 1/2" thick insulated top lid to maintain freshness. This prep table features four epoxy-coated wire shelves with height adjustable clips, allowing for customized storage solutions. The 12-1/4" removable cutting board offers a practical preparation area. Digital controls with an LED display ensure precise temperature management, while the auto defrost function reduces maintenance efforts.
