This brewer is equipped with a digital touchpad operation, allowing for easy adjustments of brew time and volume, enhancing user control and precision. Its streamlined programming and diagnostic features ensure optimal performance and maintenance. Additionally, the manual hot water service provides versatility for different beverage preparations. The durable metal brew basket ensures longevity and consistent brewing quality. Powered by a 2.3kW heater and operating on a voltage of 100-120v/60/1-ph with a NEMA 5-20P plug, it supports a maximum amp draw of 19.7 and an energy consumption of 2.4kW, making it both powerful and efficient with a brewing capacity of 5.8 gallons per hour. Certified by UL, cUL, and NSF, this model guarantees quality and safety standards. While the Fetco CBS-1131-V+ is compatible with FETCO D041 or D451 servers, these are sold separately, allowing customization based on operational needs.
