The Fetco CBS-1151-V+ (E115151BP) Extractor® V+™ Series Coffee Brewer offers a 1.5-gallon capacity, making it a versatile choice for both small cafes and large-scale operations. This coffee brewer boasts a digital touchpad operation, allowing for precise control over brew time and volume. Its streamlined programming and diagnostics enhance user experience, ensuring optimal performance with minimal effort. Equipped with a manual hot water service, it features two 3.0kW heaters, operating efficiently at 208-240 volts with a 1-phase, 2+G wire configuration. The brewer has a maximum amp draw of 22.4 - 25.8 and operates at 4.6 - 6.1 kW, supported by a terminal block. It can produce up to 15.35 gallons per hour, fulfilling high-demand requirements. The inclusion of a bypass feature adds to its functionality, while certifications from UL, cUL, and NSF guarantee compliance with industry standards. Although the standard model comes with a plastic brew basket, a metal brew basket is available for purchase separately. Additionally, it is compatible with the FETCO D449, which is sold separately. This brewer is designed to cater to a wide array of market segments, providing reliable and efficient coffee brewing solutions.
