This model features a dual 1.5-gallon brewing capacity, allowing for efficient service in cafes and large-scale operations. The brewer operates with a digital touchpad, enabling precise control over adjustable brew time and volume, which is essential for maintaining consistency in coffee quality. The streamlined programming and diagnostics facilitate simple maintenance and troubleshooting, reducing downtime in fast-paced settings. It is equipped with a manual hot water service and a 3 x 3.0kW heater, ensuring rapid heating and consistent performance.
