It features advanced programming and diagnostics, ensuring optimal performance and ease of maintenance. The unit is powered by three 5.0kW heaters and operates on 208-240 volts with a 3-phase power supply, drawing a maximum of 32.0 - 36.9 amps and delivering 11.4 - 15.1 kW. This brewer boasts a substantial output, capable of producing up to 38.3 gallons per hour, making it suitable for busy cafes, restaurants, and catering services. Additional features include manual hot water service and compatibility with FETCO D449 (sold separately).
