This powerful brewer is equipped with dual 1.5-gallon capacity chambers, allowing for efficient coffee production. It boasts adjustable brew time and volume settings, providing versatile brewing options to meet various customer preferences. The system's streamlined programming and diagnostics enhance operational efficiency and ease of use, while the manual hot water service offers additional functionality. The brewer is powered by two 5.0kW heaters, requiring a 208-240v, 1-ph electrical connection with a 36.9-42.5 max amp draw and a power range of 7.6-10.1kW. With a robust output of 25.3 gallons per hour, this coffee brewer is ideal for busy cafes and restaurants. It includes a terminal block for secure electrical connections and is compliant with UL, cUL, and NSF standards, ensuring safety and quality. For added customization, the Fetco CBS-1152-V+ comes with a plastic brew basket, with an optional metal brew basket available separately. This brewer is designed to be used with the FETCO D449, which is sold separately, providing a comprehensive coffee brewing solution for the food service industry.
