This model features a twin 1.5-gallon capacity, providing a total of 3 gallons for large batch brewing. It employs advanced digital touchpad operation, allowing for precise control over adjustable brew time and volume. The brewer is engineered with streamlined programming and diagnostics, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance. It includes a manual hot water service, adding versatility to its functionalities. Equipped with two 5.0kW heaters, it operates on 208-240 volts, single phase, with a maximum amp draw ranging from 36.9 to 42.5, delivering a power output between 7.6 to 10.1kW. The brewer boasts a high production rate, capable of brewing up to 25.3 gallons per hour.
