This model features a digital touchpad operation, allowing for intuitive and efficient brewing control. The manual hot water faucet adds versatility by enabling hot water dispensing for other beverages or applications. The plastic Brew Basket is equipped with a Brew Basket Sensor and Locks, ensuring secure and precise brewing operations. A Bypass Valve is included to provide flexibility in brewing strength adjustments. The brewer boasts an ECO Mode, promoting energy efficiency during operation. For convenience, it includes a USB plug-in feature, facilitating easy firmware updates or custom settings. This unit operates on a dual-phase 208-240 voltage system, utilizing either 2x5.0kW heaters at 1 phase with 2+G wires or 3x5.0kW heaters at 3 phase with 3+G wires, delivering a total power of 10.0 kW and 15.0 kW respectively, with amperages of 42.2 Amp and 36.6 Amp.
