This model is equipped with streamlined programming and diagnostics for enhanced functionality. It provides manual hot water service and includes a powerful 1 x 2.3kW heater. Designed to operate at 100-120v with a single-phase electrical setup, this brewer draws a maximum of 16.5 - 19.7 amps and has a power output between 1.7 - 2.4kW. It is compatible with a NEMA 5-20P plug. The Fetco CBS-2131XTS efficiently brews up to 5.8 gallons per hour, making it suitable for high-demand environments.
