This advanced brewer features a state-of-the-art touchscreen operation, allowing for seamless navigation and customizable screen settings to tailor the brewing process to specific preferences. Its adjustable brew time and volume provide flexibility, ensuring optimal extraction for different coffee blends. The brewing process is further enhanced by streamlined programming and diagnostics, enabling efficient and error-free operation. The brewer includes a manual hot water service, making it versatile for various hot beverage needs. Powered by two 3.0kW heaters, it operates on a 200-240v single-phase power supply with a maximum amp draw of 21.3 - 25.5, delivering a robust 4.2 - 6.1kW output. This coffee brewer supports high-capacity environments with a brewing capability of 14.0 gallons per hour. It is certified by UL, cUL, and NSF, ensuring compliance with industry standards. The unit is compatible with FETCO D041 or D063 dispensers, although these are sold separately. While it comes with a plastic brew basket, a metal brew basket can be purchased separately for additional durability and performance.
