It features a single 1.0-gallon capacity, making it ideal for small to mid-sized coffee operations. The brewer incorporates touchscreen operation, allowing users to customize the screen and adjust brew time and volume to meet specific requirements. It offers streamlined programming and diagnostics, ensuring efficient and hassle-free operation. Equipped with manual hot water service and two 1.7kW heaters, this coffee brewer delivers consistent performance. The Fetco CBS-2141XTS operates on a 120/208-240v, 1-phase power supply with a maximum amp draw of 14.7 amps and a total power consumption of 3.5kW, making it an energy-efficient choice. It can produce up to 8.7 gallons of coffee per hour, catering to varying demand levels. This brewer is UL, cUL, and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards. For additional functionality, it is designed to work with the FETCO D448, which is sold separately. The standard model comes with a plastic brew basket, with an option to purchase a metal brew basket separately, allowing flexibility based on user preference.
