With a 1.0 gallon capacity, it efficiently serves substantial volumes, making it ideal for bustling cafes and restaurants. The brewer comes with adjustable brew time and volume settings, ensuring tailored coffee experiences. Streamlined programming and diagnostics provide intuitive control and troubleshooting capabilities. Equipped with manual hot water service, the coffee brewer is versatile in its applications. It includes 2 x 2.3kW heaters and operates on 120/208-240v with a 1-ph, 3+G wires configuration, supporting a maximum amp draw of 19.7 and offering a power output of 4.7kW. This robust model can produce up to 11.0 gallons of coffee per hour, ensuring high productivity. It meets UL, cUL, and NSF certifications, endorsing its safety and quality standards. The brewer is compatible with the FETCO D448, which is sold separately. The standard model includes a plastic brew basket, with a metal version available separately, catering to different user preferences and operational environments.
