The Fetco CBS-2142XTS (E214251) XTS™ Series Coffee Brewer Twin is an advanced coffee brewing solution with a 1.0 gallon capacity, catering to high-demand environments. This versatile coffee brewer features a user-friendly touchscreen operation, allowing for a customizable interface that meets varying operational needs. It offers adjustable brew time and volume, ensuring precision and flexibility in coffee preparation. The brewer’s streamlined programming and diagnostics facilitate efficient operation and maintenance. Equipped with a manual hot water service, the unit accommodates additional beverage requirements. It is powered by two 3.0 kW heaters, operating at 200-240 volts with a single-phase connection and a 2+G wire system. The Fetco CBS-2142XTS requires a maximum amp draw of 21.3 to 25.5 amps and supports a power range of 4.2 to 6.1 kW. With a brewing capacity of 14.0 gallons per hour, it is suitable for busy cafes and restaurants. The system includes a terminal block and is UL, cUL, and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The brewer is manufactured with a plastic brew basket, with an optional metal basket available separately, and is compatible with the FETCO D448, which is sold separately, enhancing its functionality.
