This model features a sophisticated touchscreen operation, offering a customizable screen interface to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. It supports adjustable brew time and volume, allowing for precision brewing suited to various coffee preferences. Designed with streamlined programming and diagnostics, the brewer ensures optimal performance and ease of maintenance. It includes a manual hot water service functionality for added convenience. Powered by two 3.0kW heaters, and operating on a 208-240v, 1-phase electrical system with a 2+G wire setup, the brewer's maximum amp draw ranges between 22.4 and 25.8, with a power consumption of 4.6 to 6.1kW. Equipped with a terminal block, it is capable of producing up to 15.3 gallons per hour, making it a robust solution for high-demand coffee service operations. This brewer is compatible with the FETCO D450, which is sold separately. Manufactured with a plastic brew basket as standard, an optional metal brew basket is available for purchase.
