Featuring a twin brewing system, this unit boasts a substantial 1.5-gallon capacity per side, effectively catering to various market segments such as cafes, restaurants, and large office settings. The brewer is equipped with a user-friendly touchscreen operation, allowing for seamless customization of screen settings, as well as adjustable brew time and volume to meet specific brewing preferences. The streamlined programming and diagnostics simplify maintenance and ensure consistent performance. With three 3.0kW heaters, the coffee brewer operates on a 208-240v, 3-phase power supply, drawing a maximum of 19.5-22.5 amps, and offering a power range of 6.9-9.1kW. This unit can produce 17.4-23.0 gallons per hour, demonstrating impressive efficiency. For added convenience, it includes manual hot water service. It is UL, cUL, and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with strict safety and sanitation standards. The Fetco CBS-2152XTS is manufactured standard with a plastic brew basket, with a metal brew basket available separately, and is compatible with the FETCO D449, which is sold separately.
