It operates on a 208-240v, 1-phase electrical system and requires 2+G wires, with a maximum amp draw of 36.9 - 42.5 and a power range of 7.6 - 10.1kW. The terminal block supports a throughput of 19.3 - 25.7 gallons per hour, making it ideal for high-volume coffee service. Certified by UL, cUL, and NSF, it adheres to the highest safety and sanitation standards. Note that it comes with a plastic brew basket as standard, with an option to purchase a metal brew basket separately. For optimal performance, pair it with the FETCO D449, which is sold separately.
