The Fetco CBS-2152XTS (E215252) XTS Series Coffee Brewer Twin 1.5 Gallon Capacity is a highly efficient coffee brewing solution tailored for large-scale operations. With a twin 1.5-gallon capacity, this brewer is designed to meet the high demands of commercial settings. Its intuitive touchscreen operation allows for customizable screen options, providing ease of use and adaptability for various brewing needs. It features adjustable brew time and volume, enabling precise control over the brewing process. The streamlined programming and diagnostics ensure efficient operation and quick troubleshooting. Equipped with manual hot water service for added versatility, this brewer is powered by two 5.0kW heaters. It operates on a 208-240v, 1-phase electrical system and requires 2+G wires, with a maximum amp draw of 36.9 - 42.5 and a power range of 7.6 - 10.1kW. The terminal block supports a throughput of 19.3 - 25.7 gallons per hour, making it ideal for high-volume coffee service. Certified by UL, cUL, and NSF, it adheres to the highest safety and sanitation standards. Note that it comes with a plastic brew basket as standard, with an option to purchase a metal brew basket separately. For optimal performance, pair it with the FETCO D449, which is sold separately.
