Featuring an innovative LED touchscreen interface, this brewer enables precise control over the brewing process, complemented by a brew status indicator light for real-time monitoring. The brewer includes an ECO mode, enhancing energy efficiency, while the USB plug-in feature allows for convenient software updates. Manual hot water service is integrated, and the unit is equipped with a durable stainless steel brew basket. Powered by three 4.0 kW heaters, the brewer operates on 208-240V/60/3-phase electrical systems, requiring 3+G wires, and can draw a maximum of 29.4 amps with an output of 12.0 kW. Notably, the brewer is capable of producing 31 gallons per hour, making it ideal for high-demand environments. It is certified by cULus and NSF, ensuring compliance with industry standards. The product does not include a power cord and is designed to be used with the FETCO D012, which is sold separately.
