During the brew cycle, the gourmet coffee brew basket securely locks in place, enhancing safety and consistency. Additional features include hot water service and a tank drain for easy maintenance. The brewer operates with three 4.0kW heaters and is compatible with a power supply of 120/208-240 volts, 3-ph, 4+G wires, drawing a maximum of 25.6 - 29.6 amps and generating 9.1 - 12.1kW.
