Featuring a substantial 1.5-gallon capacity per side, this automatic coffee brewer includes an intuitive on/off switch and a gravity flow dispense tube system for streamlined operation. With programmable recipes, it caters to diverse coffee preferences, ensuring a perfect brew every time. The brewer is equipped with a gourmet coffee brew basket that locks during the brew cycle, enhancing safety and ease of use. It also includes a hot water service and a convenient tank drain feature. Powered by three 4.0kW heaters, it operates on 400-480v, 3-phase power, requiring 4+G wires, and draws a maximum of 13.6 - 14.8 amps, with a power output of 10.3 - 12.1kW. Capable of producing 22.5 - 30.0 gallons per hour, this unit is UL, cUL, and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Fetco CBS-52H-15 is compatible with FETCO D449, D452, or D009 dispensers, which are sold separately, making it an adaptable and high-capacity solution for cafes, restaurants, and other food service establishments.
