Featuring an on/off switch, the brewer ensures user-friendly operation. The gravity flow dispense tube system supports two-portion standard service, providing efficiency in serving. It is equipped with programmable recipes, enabling consistent gourmet coffee production tailored to specific preferences. Its brew basket locks during the brew cycle for added safety and stability. The brewer also includes a hot water service and a tank drain, facilitating versatile beverage preparation and easy maintenance. Powered by three 4.0kW heaters, the brewer operates at 400-480 volts with a three-phase connection, requiring 4+G wires and drawing a maximum of 13.6 - 14.8 amps.
