The Fetco CBS-52H-20 (C53026) Handle Operated Series Coffee Brewer Twin 2.0 Gallon Capacity is a powerful and efficient brewing system tailored for high-demand coffee environments. This automatic brewer is equipped with a twin 2.0-gallon capacity, ensuring continuous service during peak hours. The inclusion of an on-off switch allows for easy operation, while the two-portion standard and gravity flow dispense tube system deliver precision and versatility in each brew. A standout feature is the programmable recipes, which cater to a variety of gourmet coffee preferences, and the brew basket lock ensures safety and consistency during the brew cycle. Additionally, the coffee brewer offers a hot water service for added convenience. With 2 x 4.0kW heaters and a power requirement of 120/208-240v, 1-ph, this machine efficiently operates with a maximum amp draw of 29.3 - 33.8 and 6.1 - 8.1kW. Constructed to deliver 20.0 - 26.0 gallons per hour, this brewer is designed for high-volume output. The unit includes a tank drain and terminal block, meeting UL, cUL, and NSF standards, ensuring quality and safety. For optimal performance, it’s recommended for use with the FETCO D450 or D453, which are sold separately.
