The Fetco CBS-52H-20 (C53046) Handle Operated Series Coffee Brewer Twin 2.0 Gallon Capacity is a high-capacity brewing system designed to meet the demands of large-scale coffee service environments. Featuring a twin configuration, this coffee brewer supports a 2.0-gallon capacity, ensuring a continuous supply of freshly brewed coffee. It operates automatically with an on/off switch for ease of use. The brewer's two-portion standard and gravity flow dispense tube system enhance efficiency, while programmable recipes allow for customization, catering to a variety of coffee preferences. During the brew cycle, the gourmet coffee brew basket locks securely, ensuring safety and quality. Additionally, the unit includes a hot water service and tank drain feature. Equipped with three 4.0kW heaters, the brewer operates on 120/208-240 volts, 3-phase power, with a 4+G wire configuration and a maximum amp draw of 25.6 to 29.6. It delivers a power range of 9.2 to 12.1kW. With a terminal block design, it boasts an impressive output of 30.0 to 40.0 gallons per hour. The brewer is UL, cUL, and NSF certified, reflecting its adherence to quality and safety standards. It's compatible with FETCO D450 or D453, which are sold separately, enhancing its functionality.
